However, Shannon's motivation for her work goes beyond accolades; it stems from her genuine calling to serve the senior market as her ministry.

After beginning her career with Aflac, Shannon continued to search for ways to better help people, leading her to discover her true calling in conducting informational seminars across Texas for over 12 years. Focusing on MS, Life, and Annuities initially, Shannon has now expanded her services to include Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans, allowing her to assist even more clients effectively.

In her personal life, Shannon finds joy in her 32-year marriage and her two amazing adult daughters. But it's her dedication to her clients that truly defines her. Shannon believes that her services don't end when an application is complete; her phone is always on, ready to address any question or concern, no matter how big or small.
